Delivery

Goods will usually be shipped after 3-4 working days after receiving the order. This process can be delayed sometimes when orders are received suddenly in excess. 

We do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD) option.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier partner, ArtyTextures will not be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage.

• The shipping cost for returning the goods to us and shipping cost for sending the replaced products should be borne by the customer.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address provided by the customer, the shipping charges for re-dispatching the order will be borne by the customer. In case there is no response from the customer or if the customer chooses not to pay the shipping charges, ArtyTextures reserves the right to retain the product.
