Refund policy

At ArtyTextures, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Steps for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect or Missing Product:
    • Please provide a video of opening the package for confirmation of damaged or incorrect or missing product.
    • After we receive the returned items, we will process a refund to the same account from which the payment was made (credit/debit card, or any online payment method).
    • Note: Only the products cost will be refunded. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
    • The shipping cost for returning the goods to us and shipping cost for sending the replaced products should be borne by the customer.
    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient or incomplete address provided by the customer, the shipping charges for re-dispatching the order will be borne by the customer. In case there is no response from the customer or if the customer chooses not to pay the shipping charges, ArtyTextures reserves the right to retain the product.
  2. Dislike or Color Difference:
    • Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for products due to color variations or personal preference.
